Through bill of materials screens, users will define all the raw materials and packing materials that are required to producea finished product. The application provides control of precise specifications to the quantities involved and allows detailed definitions of man power, machine, and required utilities. A key feature of production management solution is the ability to define a multi-level / multi stage BOM for multi-process production. Multiple BOM’s can be linked to a single batch for multi stage production along with the size of batch and the commencement date. In addition, different batch sizes can be defined for each BOM.
